Domestic Terms
Shipping: Free anywhere within the US for all $20k orders+.
Warehousing: 30 days FREE with volume orders.
Lead Times: 5-7 business days
Payment: Traditionally we do Prepaid however this is subject to change almost immediately once the relationship matures. Payments must be received before order is prepped to ship.

International Terms
Shipping: Free anywhere within the US for all $20k orders+. Export Shipping FREE anywhere globally with $250k+ orders. For global shipping, an approved and assigned broker must receive and confirm the goods prior to shipping.
Warehousing: 90 days FREE with volume orders $500k+
Lead Times: 5-7 business days domestically to freight forwarder. Once order docs at the port, the average lead time is 15-30days.
Payment: Prepaid. Payments must be received before order is prepped to ship.

Ecom Terms
Shipping: Free anywhere within the US for all $20k orders+. Export Shipping FREE anywhere globally with $250k+ orders. For global shipping, an approved and assigned broker must receive and confirm the goods prior to shipping.
Warehousing: 90 days FREE with volume orders $500k+. Free prepping offered on case to case basis depending on “easiness” and volume orders $150k+
Lead Times: 5-7 business days domestically to freight forwarder. Once order docs at the port, the average lead time is 15-30days.
Payment: Prepaid. Payments must be received before order is prepped to ship.
